Business days do not include weekends, public holidays, or carrier holidays.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs processing, and local delivery conditions.

Australia and New Zealand: 7 to 14 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery windows only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs inspections, carrier disruptions, weather conditions, incorrect addresses, local holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

  1. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

From time to time, MaleVital may offer free shipping promotions, discounted shipping, or special shipping offers. Any available shipping offer will be shown at checkout or on the applicable product page.

Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return or issue is caused by our error.

Tracking information may take 24 to 72 hours to update after shipment. If your tracking link does not show movement immediately, please allow time for the carrier system to update.

  1. Multiple Packages

Some orders may be shipped in multiple packages, depending on product availability, fulfillment location, or logistical requirements.

If you receive only part of your order, please check your tracking information first. Additional packages may still be in transit.

MaleVital is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, lost packages, or returned shipments caused by:

Customer failure to collect or receive the package.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order. Refunds or replacements are not guaranteed in these cases.

We will do our best to update the address before the order is processed. However, once an order has been processed, packed, shipped, or fulfilled, we may not be able to change the shipping address.

MaleVital is not responsible for packages shipped to the address provided at checkout if the customer entered incorrect information.

  1. Refused Packages and Failed Delivery

If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned to sender due to customer refusal, failure to pay customs fees, incorrect address, or failure to collect the package, the customer may be responsible for:

Return shipping costs;
Reshipping fees;
Any customs, handling, or carrier fees;
Non-refundable charges associated with the shipment.

Refunds are not guaranteed for refused, abandoned, or unclaimed packages.

We may require time to investigate the shipment with the carrier or fulfillment partner.

Depending on the investigation result, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or another suitable solution at our discretion.

MaleVital is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier unless there is clear evidence of a fulfillment or shipping error.

  1. Packages Marked as Delivered

If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please follow these steps:

Check around your delivery location, mailbox, parcel locker, front desk, building reception, or package drop-off area;
Ask neighbors, household members, or building staff if they received the package on your behalf;
Wait up to 48 hours, as some carriers may mark packages as delivered before the final handoff;
