Return Policy — 14 Days

At MaleVital, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 calendar days from the date your order was delivered.

Please note that return requests submitted after 14 calendar days from delivery may not be accepted.

Return Process

Your full name;
Your order number;
The email address used to place the order;
The reason for your return request;
Photos of the item, if the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide the return instructions and the return address. Please do not send any item back without receiving return approval from our support team.

Return Shipping

Unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

The return must be shipped to the address provided by our support team after your return request is approved.

Returned items must be shipped within 14 calendar days after return approval. Items shipped after this period may not be eligible for a refund.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unused and in the same condition in which it was received;
In its original packaging;
Returned with all included materials, accessories, inserts, and promotional items, if applicable;
Free from signs of misuse, damage, tampering, or excessive handling.

Items that are returned damaged, used, opened, missing packaging, or not in acceptable condition may be refused or may be subject to a partial refund deduction.

Products Not Eligible for Return

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we may not accept returns of products that have been opened, used, tampered with, or are not suitable for resale.

The following items may not be eligible for return:

Opened or used supplement bottles;
Products with broken seals;
Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage;
Products returned without approval;
Final sale, clearance, or promotional items, where clearly stated at the time of purchase;
Customized, special order, or made-to-order items, if applicable.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at contactus@malevitalhq.com.

Please include:

Your order number;
A clear description of the issue;
Clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

If your claim is approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation and product availability.

Missing Items

Some orders may be shipped in separate packages. If you believe an item is missing, please check your tracking information first.

If all packages show as delivered and an item is still missing, contact us at contactus@malevitalhq.com with your order number and details of the missing item.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Shipping fees, handling fees, route protection fees, and other non-product charges may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Order Cancellation

Orders are processed as quickly as possible. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at contactus@malevitalhq.com.

If the order has already been processed, packed, shipped, or fulfilled, cancellation may not be possible. In that case, you may request a return once the order is delivered, provided it meets the return conditions described in this policy.

Subscription and Recurring Orders

If your purchase was made through a subscription, cancelling your subscription stops future recurring charges only. It does not automatically cancel, refund, or reverse an order that has already been processed, charged, shipped, or fulfilled.

To avoid future charges, subscription cancellations must be made before the next scheduled billing date, according to our Purchase Options Cancellation Policy.

Money-Back Guarantee

If a specific Money-Back Guarantee is offered on a product page or during checkout, the terms of that guarantee will apply to eligible orders.

To request a refund under a Money-Back Guarantee, please contact us at contactus@malevitalhq.com with your order number and details. We reserve the right to request reasonable information to verify the order and process the request.

The Money-Back Guarantee does not apply to fraudulent claims, abuse of the policy, multiple repeated refund requests, or purchases made in violation of our terms.

Fair Use and Abuse Prevention

We reserve the right to refuse a return, refund, replacement, or future sale if we detect abuse of our policies or suspicious activity.

Examples may include, but are not limited to:

Excessive return or refund requests;
Returning used, empty, damaged, or tampered products;
Making false claims about delivery, defects, or missing items;
Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions or guarantees;
Chargeback abuse or fraudulent payment disputes;
Repeated suspicious purchase patterns.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Opening a payment dispute or chargeback before contacting us may delay the resolution process, as some payment providers restrict our ability to issue refunds while a dispute is open.

Fraudulent chargebacks or false claims may result in refusal of future orders and may be reported to the payment provider.
