MaleVital does not store or have access to your complete credit card information.

  1. Subscriptions and Recurring Purchases

If you purchase a subscription, recurring purchase option, subscribe-and-save plan, prepaid plan, or automatic refill option, you authorize MaleVital to automatically charge your selected payment method according to the frequency and price shown at checkout.

Your subscription will continue until cancelled by you or by MaleVital.

You may cancel, pause, skip, or modify your subscription if such options are available through your customer account or subscription portal, or by contacting us at contactus@malevitalhq.com.

Subscription changes and cancellations must be made before the next billing date. Once a subscription order has already been processed, charged, packed, shipped, or fulfilled, it cannot be cancelled through subscription cancellation.

Cancelling your subscription stops future recurring charges only. It does not automatically cancel, refund, or reverse an order that has already been processed.

  1. Pricing, Discounts, and Promotions

All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice.

Discounts, promotional offers, coupon codes, and special pricing may be modified, limited, or discontinued at any time.

Promotional pricing applied to an initial order may not apply to future subscription renewal orders unless clearly stated at checkout or in the offer terms.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or adjust any order that appears to misuse promotions, discounts, coupon codes, or special offers.

  1. Shipping and Delivery

We make reasonable efforts to process and ship orders promptly. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

MaleVital is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, import restrictions, or other events beyond our control.

Once an order has been shipped, tracking and receiving the package are the customer’s responsibility.

If a package is returned, lost, delayed, or undeliverable due to an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address provided by the customer, additional shipping fees may apply, and refunds or replacements may not be guaranteed.

  1. International Orders

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered from MaleVital can be legally imported into their country or region.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, inspections, delays, or restrictions. These charges and responsibilities are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.

MaleVital is not responsible for packages refused, delayed, seized, destroyed, or returned by customs or local authorities due to import restrictions or failure to pay applicable fees.

Opening a payment dispute or chargeback before contacting us may delay the resolution process because some payment providers restrict our ability to issue refunds while a dispute is open.
